Aruba Account

Composed of a username ([email protected] format), provided when registering with Aruba, and password. Required to purchase and renew services, access the customer area and payment admin area and, in general, to manage all services purchased on Aruba.

Login details for managing services and accessing control panels

Hosting and Domains

Manage websites, sign in to your customer area and control panel and publish content using the same details as your Aruba account.

Third level domains

If you manage a domain such as: tl.domainname.tld with specific login details, you can reset the password for accessing the control panel.

Databases

To reset or change the password for your MySQL or MSSQL database.

PEC mailboxes

To reset PEC mailbox passwords, access the PEC customer area, PEC Webmail and mailbox

E-billing

To reset password for the E-billing panel for creating and sending invoices.

Aruba SPID ID

To reset the Aruba SPID account password, use and manage your digital identity.

Remote Signature

Reset the password of the Remote Signature account to access the control panel and place your signature

Timestamp

Reset the password of the TSA timestamp account to access the Selfcare and place the timestamp

DocFly Digital Preservation

Reset the password to access the DocFly control panel and manage your stored documents.

Aruba mailboxes

To reset the password for Aruba or domain mailboxes and to access Webmail.

Cloud

To reset your Cloud account password for accessing the Control Panel and manage Cloud services.

Example: ARU-123456

SMS

Access your SMS customer area and manage the service sending SMS messages with the same login details as your Aruba account.
